Apricot Cake

To make apricot cake, you need the following ingredients:

Apricot Quisi: 150g

Flour: 2 cups

Sugar: 1 cup

Eggs: 3

Oil: 1/2 cup

Milk: 1/4 cup

Baking powder: 2 teaspoons

Vanilla: 1 tsp

How to make apricot cake is as follows:

First, turn the oven on and set the temperature to 180°C.

Then we soaked the apricots with boiling water and then dried.

In a bowl, we beat the egg and sugar with an electric stirrer for 5 minutes to clap.

Then add the oil, milk and vanilla and beat it.

Next, sieve the flour and baking powder together and add to the egg mixture, and stir with Lisk to solidify. Finally, add the apricots to the cake paste and mix gently with Lisk. Mould 25 cm in diameter with greased oil and flour. Pour the cake dough into the mould and spread evenly. Put the mold in the oven and leave it for 30 to 40 minutes to cook the cake. To check the baking of the cake, we can use a match stick or cake screw. If the dry wood comes out, it means the cake is baked. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool a little. Then we take the cake out of the mold and place it on a tray. We can decorate the cake with powdered sugar, almond slices or apricots.
